What is the Returns Policy?

You can return any unused items within 21 days of receipt by post, using the returns label on the back of your despatch note.

Postage must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by Fits.

Returns must be sent with in the 21 days in a new and unused condition; otherwise we may retain the item(s), not refund them or refund at the current/last selling price.

 

As soon as the returns are received, the money will be retuned through PayPal.
